The European Higher Education Fair (Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, Grand Plaza Hanoi Hotel, Hanoi) was the centrepiece of the week. The Fair brought together more than 80 exhibitors– 19 agencies and embassies and more than 70 higher-education institutions from 24 Member States – to showcase study opportunities in the EU to students from Vietnam.
Visitors were able to talk to agency and university staff at the booths in the exhibition hall, and listen to presentations and take part in practical workshops.
A Policy and Cooperation Forum (Friday 14 November) brought together higher-education specialists from Vietnam and the European Union to discuss Vietnam’s strategic priorities in the higher-education sphere, examine case studies of cooperation projects involving partner universities from Vietnam and EU Member States and discuss ideas and opportunities for future projects.
