What made you decide to study in France?

Thank you to Saken Seyfulin Agricultiral University in Astana for giving me the possibility to visit France on an internship. In this period I was living in a French family to improve my language skills and to discover culture. This was an incredible and interesting experience. After this experience, I decided that France is the country where I want to study.

Why did you choose to study your course at l’Ecole Supérieure d'Agriculture d'Angers?

L’Ecole Supérieure d'Agriculture d'Angers is a famous agricultural school which cooperates with many countries. And it has extensive experience of receiving students from different countries.

What did your family and friends think of your decision to study abroad?

When I got a scholarship from the French Government my family and friends were so happy. They supported me very much.

How did you adapt to living in a different country?

The adaptation passed fast and easy.

What did you enjoy most about your experience?

First of all a better understanding of the profession and the realization that without practice it is impossible to master. In France, the practice was in parallel with the theory.

What advice would you give students thinking about studying in Europe?

Go for it!

How do you think your time abroad has helped your studies and/or your career?

According to statistics, in Kazakhstan, students after graduation take between 6 months and 2 years to find a job. In my case, after graduation the university provided an opportunity easily to find a job.
